While You're On Court.

The Riviera doesn't just look after the tennis player. It takes extraordinary care of everyone who comes with them and gives them a day they'll be talking about at dinner.

One of the first things a new client often asks us, just after we've arranged their courtside seats and coaching session, is this: "My partner doesn't play. Are they going to be bored?"

The honest answer, delivered with complete confidence, is no. Not for a single hour. Because the Côte d'Azur has been perfecting the art of keeping extraordinary people wonderfully occupied for a very long time.

A Luxuria week on the Riviera is not a tennis trip with a family tagged on. It is a full luxury experience that happens to have tennis at its heart. While you are on court, your partner might be aboard a private sailing yacht rounding Cap d'Antibes, or sitting in the cool shade of a Provençal domaine with a glass of something deeply, perfectly pink.

This is what the Riviera does better than anywhere else: it gives everyone exactly what they came for, and then a little more besides.

FOR THE NON-TENNIS PARTNER

A Day That Needs No Apology.

Private Sailing

THE MEDITERRANEAN AT YOUR OWN PACE

There is a particular pleasure in being on the water when there is nothing you are supposed to be doing. A private sailing charter from Nice, Antibes, or Cannes gives you the entire coastline to move through at your own rhythm, which may include rounding the headland at Cap Ferrat, anchoring in a quiet cove for a swim, watching the villages of the Corniche from the sea as your captain opens a bottle of Bandol rosé somewhere around noon.

We work with a small group of exceptional skippers who know these waters intimately, every sheltered bay, every sunlit stretch of coast where the charter boats don't go. A half-day or full-day sail is one of the defining experiences of a Riviera week, and completely unlike anything available on land.

Wine & Rosé Tasting

PROVENCE IN A GLASS

Provence produces some of the finest rosé in the world, which you may already know if you have spent any time on a Riviera terrace. What is less well known is how extraordinary the experience of visiting the domaines themselves can be. In the hills above the coast, between Toulon and Grasse, there are estates of genuine beauty: centuries-old farmhouses, vineyards draped across limestone hillsides, and cellars that offer something very different from a standard tasting room.

A Luxuria private tour takes you to two or three carefully chosen producers and places where the winemaker walks you through the vineyard personally, where lunch appears under an olive tree, and where you leave with a case of something that will taste, at home, like a memory of the best afternoon you ever had.

Art & the Villages Perchés

CULTURE AT ALTITUDE

The Riviera's artistic heritage is extraordinary and largely underexplored by those rushing between Monaco and Cannes. Matisse made Nice his home for the last decades of his life. Picasso worked in Antibes and Vallauris.

The Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence is one of the most beautifully conceived galleries in Europe, set in a hillside garden above the coast. And then there are the villages themselves, Èze, Gordes, Les Baux, medieval perched villages that have barely changed since the Saracens left.

A curated day through the arrière-pays, with a private guide who knows the stories behind every doorway, makes for an entirely different kind of Riviera experience. Quieter, deeper, and no less beautiful.

Spa & Wellness

RESTORATIVE LUXURY

The great hotels of the Riviera have always understood that rest is not laziness — it is part of the experience. The spa at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, the wellness centre at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, the extraordinary thermal facilities at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo: these are not afterthoughts. They are destinations in their own right, with sea views, stone-floored treatment rooms, and the kind of unhurried care that makes an afternoon disappear effortlessly.

For the non-tennis partner who simply wants to be beautifully, quietly looked after while the game is being played,  this is the Riviera at its most unconditionally generous.

Markets, Boutiques & the Croisette

SHOPPING THE RIVIERA WAY

The Riviera is one of the great shopping destinations in Europe,  not just the luxury boutiques of the Croisette in Cannes or the Monaco shopping district, but the wonderfully atmospheric markets that fill the old towns every morning.

The Cours Saleya flower market in Nice, the Marché Provençal in Antibes, the antique dealers of Valbonne, these are places where spending two hours feels like the most pleasurable thing imaginable.

Our concierge arranges private styling appointments, market tours with a local guide, and access to the artisan workshops that don't appear in any guidebook.

We came for the tennis. We stayed for the sailing, the rosé, the snorkelling, and the best week our family has ever had.
